I. Logistics Service Overview
We are committed to providing efficient and reliable logistics and distribution services to buyers nationwide. All orders are dispatched from our central warehouse (Guangzhou/Hong Kong) or the nearest branch warehouse, delivering them to you as quickly as possible.

II. Shipping Time
Regular Orders:

After payment confirmation: Shipped within 24-48 hours

Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM on weekdays: Shipped the same day

Orders after 3:00 PM on weekdays and holidays: Shipped the next day

Large Orders/Pre-sale Items:

Specific shipping time is subject to confirmation by customer service

Usually 7-15 business days

Special Periods:

Peak Seasons (e.g., seasonal changes, festivals): May be delayed by 1-2 business days

We will announce shipping arrangements for special periods in advance.

III. Logistics Methods and Costs
Delivery Methods:
Dedicated Logistics Line: Dedicated logistics services are provided for large/bulk orders.

Bulk Discounts: Special rates for dedicated logistics lines can be applied for orders exceeding 50kg.

IV. Logistics Information Tracking
Real-time Inquiry:

After shipment, the system will automatically send a tracking number. Email notification

Logistics status can be checked in real time through the official website's "Order Center" or WeChat customer service.

A 24-hour feedback channel for logistics anomalies is provided.

Logistics Monitoring:

We monitor goods in transit throughout the entire process.

If any anomalies are found (such as delays or transit issues), we will proactively follow up and notify the customer.

Check if the outer packaging is intact, undamaged, or wet.

Verify that the quantity of the package matches the order.

If any anomalies are found, please take photos on the spot and refuse to accept the package, then contact customer service immediately.

Problems discovered after signing for the package:

Provide clear photos/videos of the problem within 24 hours.

Keep the original packaging and wait for customer service to provide a solution.

VII. Special Logistics Services Expedited Delivery:

Expedited delivery service is available (additional charge).
